Shipping your order

Free shipping is available to customers in Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain. There is a non-refundable shipping surcharge for orders that are shipped to areas outside of this region. There is no fee or deductible required for the product and the shipping of any replacement products is free to any provincial street address in this region.

If you choose a delivery service or option offered directly by one of our Fantail delivery providers, the delivery contract will be directly between you and the delivery partner, not Fantail. Fantail will no longer act as your primary point of contact for any shipping inquiries.

 

Making a size exchange

If the incorrect size is ordered, a one-time size exchange will be offered within the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial period. This must be communicated to Fantail within 100 days of receiving your item. To keep our environmental impact to a minimum, Fantail will treat a size exchange as completion of the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial. We strongly recommended that you confirm the correct size for your pet using our size guide before placing your order.

Once the replacement product has been received, if you fail to return the original product, we are authorised to charge your credit card or PayPal account for the full price of the item.

 

Returning an item

Any returned product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials of the same product type. For example, if you return a mattress, you will not be eligible for another 100 Days of Free Sleep trial on future mattress orders.

Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage inflicted on a Fantail product will result in you not being able to exchange or return your item. To ensure that we can donate returned mattresses to charity, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage.

The opened or unopened product can only be returned within the 100 Days of Free Sleep trial period. If you need to return a product, the pickup address can be different from the original delivery address, but it must be a valid street address within any of the above mentioned regions.

You can return a maximum of two (2) Fantail mattresses from your first order, as validated by your order number, customer name, or shipping address. We advise that you try out our products before ordering in large quantities.

Once you have requested a return and provided the required information, our pickup partner for your area will contact you to schedule an appointment. In urban areas, one of our pickup partners will usually contact you within 2-5 business days. In more remote areas, it may take up to 3 weeks for pickup to be arranged.  

While our partners will do their best to accommodate your requested times, pickups will be subject to availability, during the operating hours of the partner (usually weekdays).

You must confirm your pickup with the partner we selected within 3 weeks of being contacted by the partner, or your return request will be denied. If you are outside of the trial period, you will not be eligible to make another return request.

Once the pickup has been completed and confirmed, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase. This typically occurs within 5 business days of the pickup. The standard processing time for the funds to be received by your bank is 3-5 business days.

 

Billing and promotions

Only one promotional code or offer can be used per order. Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined and promotional codes cannot be used with the financing option offered by Mollie.

 

Our terms are subject to change at any time

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Fantail website and resources for any reason, including, without limitations, breach of this User Agreement. This means that changes may be made to these terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will let you know by email or we will post a notice on our website before the changes go into effect. The notice will state a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after which the new terms will go into effect for all users.

Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship with Fantail and we may refer to law enforcement authorities if necessary. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the resources we provide will cease immediately and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with Fantail, including any account or login information.
